Bright cottage in a Maison de Maître

This a lovely and bright first floor apartment, overlooking pool and Med gardens. It is comfortable for 2 to 4 people. Our 19th century Maison de Maître is in the heart of a winegrowing village, surrounded by vineyards and you can enjoy rural peace while close to local shops and busy historic market towns nearby. The Mediterranean coast is a short drive away. The space The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the swimming pool and rear garden. We have made it as warm and welcoming as possible, combining modern comforts with a dash of rustic charm. Living in the heart of a French village is a great way to experience the French way of life – fresh bread and wine on your doorstep – everything to make a great holiday for you. We are on hand for advice and help but your privacy is assured. - Rose double bedroom, full king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, garden view, air-conditioning /heating - salon with double sofabed for 2 extra people if required, dining table and chairs - kitchen, fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, plates, cutlery etc - large shower room with walk-in shower, WC, handbasin wifi electric fans off street parking all linens and towels provided use of washing machine. Please note that the pool and guest garden are shared with our other guests. We offer other rooms and small apartment and can accommodate up to 10 people. Guest access Garden, swimming pool, these are shared with our clients, up to 10 people. Other things to note This is large house, and also our home. Tony and I live here permanently, with our friendly dog, Byron. Wr have lived in France for 30 years and in this house for nearly 20 years and have put alot of thought and hard work into creating a pleasant setting for us and our family and especially for all our guests. Parts of the house date back probably to the 17th century, and some areas are late 19th century. This presents many challenges in creating comfortable modernised accommodation whilst retaining old world charm. For example, we have chosen to keep some wonderful centuries old wooden beams uncovered, they have been treated of course but can cause dust. Please note that we have other rental units on site. We can sleep up to a maximum of 10 people who can share the swimming pool.
