It has two bedrooms with a double bed (one bedroom is interior), bathroom with shower and lounge and modern, well-equipped kitchen. Parking available in the garage of the building (15€/day). There are two bedrooms, both with a double bed. One has a window to the outside; the other is interior. The modern bathroom has a generous shower, quality bathroom fixtures. The rooms only have the bed and bedside tables, clothes and bags can be stored in the entrance where there is a closet. Wi-FI and Cable TV available throughout the apartment. Parking in the building available (15€/24h). Guest access The apartment is on the 6th floor of a service building, 200 meters from Bolhão metro station. The building has a supermarket, a hairdresser, and even a language school! Other things to note SOFA-BED The base rate (for 4 guests) assumes the use of the existing bed(s). The use of the sofa-bed entails an additional charge of €15. CHECK-IN * In-person check-in: at the same building, at the office, between 10:00 and 17:00. * Self check-in: directly at the accommodation, upon receipt of instructions. Self check-in requires prior registration of all guests. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us the necessary information in advance! - EARLY CHECK-IN Check-in after 15:00 is preferred to ensure sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for your stay. Depending on availability, early entry may be possible before this time. Check-ins between 10:00 and 15:00 incur an additional fee of €20, as we need to ensure the property is ready and reserved for your stay. - LATE CHECK-OUT Check-out is required by 10:00 to allow sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests within the daily cleaning schedule. If the accommodation is available, a late check-out until 13:00 may be granted upon payment of 50% of the daily rate. Check-outs after 13:00 will require an additional day’s reservation or an extra charge equivalent to one full day (the calendar will be blocked to prevent booking during this period). AMENITIES The property is "Self-Catered." Basic items are provided upon your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day such as toilet paper. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or restocking are not included. LINEN AND TOWELS One set of bed linen and two towels per person are provided for your stay. CLEANING DURING THE STAY The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the final check-out cleaning.
