The Tigers Townhouse - City Centre Family House

Located in the heart of Leicester, The Tigers Townhouse is only a 10 minute walk to the the bustling city centre boasting an array of shopping, eateries and nightlife. Its convenient location also makes it an ideal base for those visiting The University of Leicester, The World Famous King Power Stadium, The Leicester Tigers Stadium and the Leicester Royal Infirmary. Additionally, guests can enjoy the benefit of free parking for one car, which must be requested at the time of booking. The space The house is newly renovated with a modern interior that optimises space. It is a large property with three bedrooms, a front room containing a sofa bed and dining table, a lounge with a sofa and TV, a modern bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with modern desks, beds and clothes racks and the beds have plump pillows and warm duvets. There is a thermostat in the lounge so you have full control of the temperature and fast internet. Free on Street Parking is available outside the property for one vehicle. Smoking is allowed only in the garden. Please don’t smoke in the house. Guest access The house and garden are yours to use during your stay. The only area that is not included is the cellar which is behind a locked door. Feel free to make yourself at home and relax in the living room whilst watching TV. Please take advantage of the kitchen to cook home favourites or maybe even experiment with a new dish! Other things to note Free street parking is available for one vehicle. If you park without a permit then you risk being fined so please make sure you have followed all the parking instructions carefully!
