Guest access The village of Sallen is located about ten km from the highway. No busy road nearby. Allow 2 hours 50 minutes from Paris (almost direct highway route). The region, touristy but without excess (no mass tourism) offers a wide choice of sports and cultural activities (Caen, Bayeux, Balleroy castle, Jurques zoo, Souleuvre viaduct, Normandy Switzerland, Falaise, Mont Saint Michel, landing beaches, Granville, Bayeux, etc...) The ocean climate is nice. The heat is rarely excessive, the summer nights deliciously cool. The nearest beach is about 36 km away (Vierville sur mer).
