Enjoy our cosy, self contained bedsit unit which is detached from the main house with its own private entrance and off street parking. Our unit is not modern in design or decor but it is clean and central with a comfy double bed, fresh linen, towels, and hot water for showering. Simple breakfast supplied for your first night, all for a reasonable rate in quiet cul de sac street, just 20 minutes walk to town centre, or 5 minute walk to bus ride for resturants and sightseeing attractions. The space Cosy bedsit with TV and WiFi. Kitchenette area has fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, rice cooker and toasted sandwich maker. Cutlery, crockery and condiments are provided for your simple breakfast of toast, spreads and milk on your first night, along with supply of coffee, tea and sugar. The shower is small and clean with adequite pressure and good hot water supply. Shampoo and body wash provided. Private courtyard and seating area for smokers or outdoor coffee break. Guest access Access to your unit is through the second driveway found at the end of the bushy garden hedge. A cobbled driveway beside the unit is your preferred parking area. This space appears narrow, but easily accommodates all vehicles. Self check in is easy with details given prior to visit. Other things to note * Mike has been a keen mountain biker and can advise on the tracks and trails in the Redwood Forest if requested. He also plays disc golf and can support with local course information and team up to play if requested in advance. * Local bus #11 takes you to town for resturants and local attractions and runs regularly at the end of the street just 2 minutes walk away. * When family visit, our 'spare room' is next to your unit and you may hear them at times. Your privacy does not change and they understand to keep tv noise level low!
