Prices include bills and internet. A cosy and bright room on the first floor, with a window overlooking the back of the house, where you can see the rear garden and the park behind it. You will enjoy the lovely sunsets by your bed. :)) The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe + hangers, a large chest of drawers and a practical desk. The room is fully newly refurbished, with new white furniture and wallpaper. A fully fitted room with a double bed with cushions, fresh set of towels and bed linen. Guest access There is a kitchen dining table and living room space to do work and interact with each other. - 2 shared bathrooms, main one is with shower and the second is a downstairs toilet. - Large spacious living room and fully fitted kitchen with modern furnishings and dining table. - Large rear garden with space where we do BBQ's in summer and enjoy the fresh air and sun. - There is space at front driveway for up to 3 cars if parked properly. - The room will be supplied with two towels the day of the check in. - There is washing machine if you need to do laundry. During your stay We like to get to know the guests if there is a chance, and we do our best to help in anything within our possibilities, like giving advise for nice places to visit or even if it is just to show you how the public transport works. I am an easy going individual and get on with everyone but also I am quite happy if you want to keep yourself to yourself if preferred as I understand that after a long day sightseeing or working sometimes one needs calm and peace. You will share the property with 4 other housemates including myself once I'm back. Jose comes back home every weekend. We are all from different backgrounds and speak several languages between us but English is the main language in the house.
