A gold bearing creek on the property with panning equipment. Stunning sunsets and views of the valley and a home theater. Access from the front door to miles of hiking trails. Mountain bikes and motorcycles are welcome on the trails or on our motocross course. I will be available or have a neighbor available to assist with guidance on things to do, operation of home theater system and other amenities. The house is a short drive to many historic gold rush towns including Creek (3 miles), Amador City (5 miles) and Jackson (8 miles). There is a shopping complex 5 miles from the house with restaurants, Safeway, Lowe's, Starbucks & Petco. Sutter Amador Hospital is 8 miles away. The trail parallel to our driveway running down to Amador Creek was used by John Sutter in 1846 to bring cedar back to his saw mill. It later became part of the stage coach road from Amador City. If you want to go gold panning in our creek we have pans, sluice boxes, etc.
