Downtown Sarasota is 20 min and 20-25 min to several different beaches in Sarasota, Anna Maria Island and Bradenton. LA Fitness Gym, many shops and restaurants less than a mile away. Manatee County - Mandatory Tourist Tax of 5% will be charged after making the reservation. The space Guest will occupy bedroom with Queen bed with adjoining private bath. There is a separate sitting room with a private terrace with round table, four (4) chairs and sun umbrella. Both rooms have flat screen TVs and one with Netflix. There is a refrigerator and host offers complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water. Guest access Guest will have access to swimming pool, spa and screened lanai with a tranquil pond and preserve in the back of the house. It is totally private with no view of neighbors. Laundry privileges can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of $4.00/ per load to wash and dry. During your stay Host will most likely be around if not, can be reached by phone. Other things to note Manatee County - Mandatory Tourist Tax of 5% will be charged after making the reservation. AirBnB has no agreement with Manatee County to collect this tax so I have to request payment after check-in/departure.
