Completely refurbished to a high specification, The Cabin is a family-owned one bedroomed annexe attached to our family home, Littlewood. The spacious self contained living space can accommodate up to 4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen (with washer/dryer), bathroom (with bath & shower), wood burning stove and it's own outside patio seating area. A dedicated drying room is also available for guests to dry wet kit and outside storage is available to store equipment (bikes / kayaks etc). The space Located in Dartmoor National Park, walking distance from Burrator Reservoir and three pubs, The Cabin is a retreat home-from home with everything that you may need. On entering the property at ground level, The Cabin opens up to a hallway with doors to the drying room, kitchen, a cupboard for storage and the open lounge / diner. The bedroom and bathroom lead off the hallway also. Access to the outside patio is from the lounge french doors down several steps. This is patio belongs to The Cabin but guests are welcome to enjoy the expansive garden of the main house. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a double oven, hob, under counter fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A small selection of staples are provided including a welcome hamper of bread/milk/tea/coffee/eggs, to help settle in. The drying room has hanging space for jackets, a boot dryer, dehumidifier, fan and a large radiator to help dry off your clothes from the Dartmoor weather. There's plenty of space for storage in the hallway cupboard. The bathroom contains a deep bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. Molton Brown hand wash and shower gel are provided. In the double-aspect lounge, there's a double-sided everyday sofabed, smart TV, log burner (first basket of logs are provided), and dining table with 4 chairs. The lounge overlooks the patio which, down several steps has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ for warmer days.
