Inside the property in front of the house, you have an outdoor parking and an equipped BBQ area. The roof of the "Solarium" structure is equipped with deck chairs and tables, even just for an aperitif or to enjoy a private sunset on the islands of Alicudi and Filicudi, which is accessed via an external staircase. From the apartment, the nearest beach is "Valle Muria" about 3 km away, a private and uncrowded beach. To reach it, you have to leave the provincial road and walk along a path for about 500 meters.
