As such, it's a bit more involved than a conventional elevator, but it's totally manageable and some say sort of fun. 1 - summon elevator to your floor if not already there with button on the wall next to the elevator door. You must HOLD the button until the elevator stops at your floor. 2 - after elevator arrives, open the outside doors, then raise the inside screen, and enter 3 - once you and your things are in the elevator, close the OUTSIDE doors, being careful of your hands, then lower the inside screen (the elevator will not function unless both are completely closed) 4 - now insert elevator key (very small key), turn and hold, then press your desired floor and HOLD that button as well 5 - elevator will stop at that floor then just reverse the process to get out NOTE - please completely close BOTH screen and elevator doors after use, otherwise others cannot summon the elevator to another floor. Additional hack if you lose the key: summon elevator, go through above steps EXCEPT do not enter the elevator; take the stairs to the desired floor and summon the elevator - you will have to use the stairs but your belongings will not : ) Garbage and recycling can be taken to the bins outside the main entrance of the building to the right of the loading dock.
