Rental unit in Monument

Welcome to your serene private apartment overlooking the mountains in Historic Downtown Monument. This updated, upper unit has 2 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bath, and an open-concept living room/ kitchen. The deck is spacious w/ beautiful Mountain views, perfect for enjoying the Colorado sunshine! Within walking distance of Downtown Monument’s shops and restaurants as well as the Santa Fe Hiking Trail! While USAFA, N CO Springs & other attractions are all a short drive away! The space Our property is an upper level unit and does require that you climb stairs in order to access the unit. These stairs are private, indoors and well lit. While this Airbnb is completely private, with its own designated parking area, we do have tenants that live below the Airbnb. We have 2 split level AC units for the apartment, one in the living room and one in the primary bedroom. There is no AC unit in the second bedroom, however we do provide fans and the 2 split units do a good job at keeping the apartment cool. These units get turned off completely in the winter months when temperatures start to drop below 30 degrees at night.
