The space We are located in the historic Brownsville Valley International Country Club (VICC) and Golf Course. The VICC is a public and budget friendly golf course. This comfortable Villa is a great spot for those looking for a long term, 30+ day stay. Our Villa is a smoke free and pet free space. Please fully read the house rules before submitting a request to stay. This 1,020 sq ft home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 TVs, a full-size kitchen with plenty of cabinets, and 100% tiled floors throughout. Unlike many others in the area, we have a central HVAC system and 2 dedicated parking spots directly in front of the Villa. The beautiful granite kitchen countertops provide ample cooking space to include an eat-in area with two bar stools. Each bedroom includes furniture and closet space for all your storage needs. Plus, ceiling fans for additional comfort. We offer two full baths; one with a tub and glass sliding doors, the other a walk-in with a shower seat. Both baths include shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The open layout provides for an overall sense of ease and relaxation, especially given the vaulted ceiling, wood beams, and comfort cooling ceiling fan. A separate dining table seats 4. The main living room 65” smart TV includes free Netflix, Samsung TV plus channels, local channels, and access to various other apps such as Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and YouTube. On a beach day at South Padre Island (about a 35 minute drive), we provide; a travel beach umbrella, 2 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and 4 beach towels. The back door leads to a common area courtyard which is nicely landscaped. From the bedroom windows, you have a partial view of the water surrounding the 17th green. Locally, at no additional cost, enjoy the country club pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Plus, the 18 hole champion course is available at very reasonable rates. Note, smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the Villa to include the back common area as well as the front private patio. Also, our home is not ideal for little ones as we provide no child proofing or items such as high chairs or booster seats.
