La P'tite Folie

The space La P'tite Folie is a typical Norman thatched cottage located in Fidelaire between Conches en Ouche and Bernay. At the end of a cul-de-sac, you can completely disconnect in this typical thatched cottage on the edge of the forest and fields, which is southwest facing! In winter, the cottage being at the foot of the forest, the walks are very nice with very pretty landscapes. You will enjoy a very warm interior, tastefully decorated with a fireplace ideal for your relaxing evenings... In summer, you can enjoy the heated pool at 29* all day and in the evening of its operation to have an aperitif until 9 p.m. in summer. Of course you will have at your disposal a Weber gas barbecue, nice garden furniture and many children's toys and pool games. On Saturday mornings, we highly recommend the Bernay market (17 min), very lively with its many shops and its excellent butcher shop! For fishing enthusiasts you have the banks of the Risle a few km away by car. We completely renovated this house in 2018 for us and for you too, all the bedding is new, sofas too, and the kitchen is over-equipped. The outdoor environment is simply magical; you can hear the birds and the silence. In short, we highly recommend that you rent our cottage for very pleasant moments. Namely, the cleaning fee, bedding and bath sheets are to be paid upon arrival, i.e. €100. See you soon, we hope. Cyril and Brigitte PS: The cottage is really not suitable for nine adults.
