Expect some winds during your stay in April. Some noise due to airplanes overhead which tends to be slightly busier on weekends. Follow us @thegoodhouseps Guests have access to the entire property. John lives in Los Angeles, but are always available to guests via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager, Trisha, who is available should anything come up. The house is 2 miles from Downtown Palm Springs, with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, casinos, spas, and the famous Palm Springs tramway. • This is a non-smoking home, inside or outside. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind, you will be charged a $750 fine. • Palm Springs noise ordinances are strictly enforced. The city will issue citations if music or noise can be heard beyond the perimeter of the property. Guest will be charged at minimum a $500.00 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. • If cited, in addition to being charged at minimum $500.00, guests will lose the entirety of their security deposit. • No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age. • Security Deposit $750 • Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed prior to occupancy. • All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% per day (Palm Springs City ID # 3846). This fee will be charged separately as an "extra service" through Airbnb. • This will be an additional charge of 11.5% of your daily rate. • Same day bookings check-in is 5pm • Optional pool and spa heating available: $100 per day for both pool and spa heat. Pool only heat is available at $70 per day & spa only heat at $50 per day. Depending on the weather it can take up to 24 hours to fully heat the pool and there is a two-consecutive-day minimum on pool heating. This extra payment will be charged as an 'extra service' through Airbnb's 'resolution center' and must be paid in full prior to the heat being turned on. • ALL additional charges such a as pool heat, 11.5% city taxes and late check out (if applicable) MUST be paid in FULL, BEFORE check in. • Cleaning fee: $195. This fee will be charged as an extra service through Airbnb. If staying for a longer time and extra cleanings are desired, we can arrange and you will be charged per cleaning as an extra service as well. • Property Maintenance Schedule: Pool - Mondays & Thursdays; Gardener - Wednesdays • Pet Friendly - $100 non-refundable pet fee for the entirety of the stay. We do not allow cats on property. • Check-in is 3pm. Early check-in is possible on occasion at an additional charge of $75 for up to 2 extra hours. Feel free to ask and we'll try to accommodate. • Check-out is 11am. Late check-out may be available (at an additional charge of $75 for up to 2 extra hours, and $50 per hour for each additional hour after that, with 4pm being the latest check-out time).
