Enjoy country living while only 5 minutes from the motorway accessing all kinds of attractions: golf courses, beaches, shopping, parks, Glasgow city centre, restaurants and tourist attractions. Our detached 1-bed house is suitable for couples, families, singles and friends. Keen golfers have several top courses locally to choose from. The space A lovely, detached 1-bedroom house sleeping up to 4 people. The king size bed can be split to make a twin room and there is additional sleeping in the living room (double sofa bed) for other adults or children if required. A travel cot is also available for infants upon request (free of charge with appropriate bedding; you've got enough to worry about!). The bedroom has a substantial electric heater for the winter nights. The kitchen comprises oven, hob, washer/drier machine, fridge, microwave plus all appropriate kitchenware for self catering. The living room has a beautiful wood burning stove as a centre piece and will keep you cozy in the cooler nights. Complete with TV/DVD, although we recommend playing games and cards together (provided). The 3-piece bathroom includes electric shower, toilet and sink. The house has patio doors at the back leading to a decked area. There is a seating area here too. The use of a BBQ can also be made available with advance notice. Guest access You have exclusive use of the house which includes free driveway parking at the front and a decked area in the back. You can also have use of a large tarmac playing area if you wish (shared with our family). Other things to note Short term letting licence number: ER86596F Towels and bedding are provided for you free of charge along with other household basics (toilet roll, kitchen roll, dish cloth etc.) Wood (for the fire) will be provided for you.
