The space An 80 m2 apartment, recently built and located on the top floor of a 3-story villa, called "Les Cigales". The apartment has modern furnishings and refined décor. It can accommodate up to 5 adults who can enjoy comfort thanks to: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 2 extra seats on the living room sofa (sofa bed) - 1 extra bed (by reservation only) - 1 baby crib (only by reservation) - 1 bathroom - 1 large living room with dining room and large open-plan kitchen - 1 veranda of 20 m2 with hammock and balconies with access from each bedroom The villa has its own drinking water because we opened a well in 2023. Guest access Access to each apartment is independent. You can enjoy the green space of the garden. The Ionian Sea is a 10-minute drive away. You can also taste local products thanks to organic products from local farms. There are several restaurants/pizza/bars in the center of the village and a 5-minute walk from our home. It's a nice attraction to do because the restaurant was built around the IZVUAR river (natural source of drinking water). Moreover, the village has its own water source which is not far from the restaurant... You have many restaurants for any type of taste and budget, quickly accessible by car between Orikum, Radhime, Llogara, Vlorë, Dhërmi, etc. Other things to note The Villa is located not far from the center of an authentic village surrounded by unspoiled nature. Access is via a paved road that we recently concreted. You can also travel back in time by visiting the remains of ancient Tragjas just a 15-minute drive away. It is only accessible by 4x4 car or on foot for the most experienced. This walk is essential if you want to explore the old ruins of ancient Tragjas and see a rare example of the tradition of an ancient Albanian village, not to mention the spectacular views of the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island. Old Tragjas was bombed during World War II... There is only one restaurant called "Sofra E Vjeter" and it operates only by reservation because it's traditional cuisine with quality products and therefore very popular with locals and visitors.
