Enjoy your private large bedroom in our modern & comfortable house. Everything in our home is available for you to use including laundry, fully-equipped kitchen, front living room, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The only person living in the home besides you is myself (Lauren) and our 2 friendly Pomeranians. The space Other things to know about our home: - Central Heat and Central Air - great backyard deck with patio furniture, fire pit, and grill — a great place for relaxing. - Kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch stainless steel appliances, and Granite counters--also, nearly every tool you can imagine! - The newly remodeled bathroom has been modernized with no detail spared—Grohe finishes, Jacuzzi tub and Walk in steam shower. - There is a security camera in the front yard for safety. - if your car doesn’t leak oil, you can park in the driveway! Otherwise, there is always street parking available too. Guest access You have access to everything in the house except my bedroom, the attic (unless requested for some reason), and the garage/storage shed (unless requested for some reason). You have access to: - Laundry - Kitchen - Desk/Office - Front Living Room - Dining Room -Back Yard Deck - Dishwasher - Etc! There is a good sized mini fridge in the room for your use and if you need a little more space beyond that you can also use our fridge in the kitchen :-) We ask that you do not use the back living room because we typically hang out there after work and on the weekends. There is a great TV in your private room and a couch in the front living room too though! :) Other things to note If you have a pet, please message us a little about them. We just need to make sure they’ll get along with our 2 Pomeranians, who are very friendly. Ours are about 5-7 lbs. There may be an extra pet fee.
