This new built spacious 4 bedroom modern Lake Front Property has breathtaking views and everything you could possibly need to relax and enjoy Cottage Country! Situated in Tory Hill, ON, this cottage is mid way between Haliburton and Bancroft right next to the OFSC Snowmobile Trail System. Featuring a brand new big dock and plenty of water toys (paddle board, 2 kayaks, pedal boat and water trampoline ) 'Casa Lorraine' is a perfect for all ages. (SRT License #SRT25-00015) The space FAMILIES AND MATURE GUESTS ONLY. QUIET LAKE- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES AND LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. HUGE loft area has stylish lounge area with hammocks, pool table, ping pong, mini golf putting green and plenty of board games perfect for kids (and adults) to spread out to entertain themselves for hours! We also have Hi-Speed Wifi, Xbox 360 and an extensive DVD collection for our Guest's enjoyment:) Guest access Guests are required to bring their own bedding (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. We provide pillows and down filled duvet/comforters. Please bring in your own firewood for a campfire if you plan to have one. Our water is filtered and UV sanitized 'lake water'. We provide a large 15L bottle of water for drinking and cooking. We strongly recommend that Guests bring their own additional bottled water for cooking / drinking. Other things to note We are part of a small lake cottage community. Please note that we only rent to families with children and mature guests. We also have a no pets policy. Tory Lake (otherwise known as Lake Lorraine), is a small spring fed lake WITHOUT A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH. WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE GUESTS WITH THEIR OWN BOATS OR SEADOO’s. There is nowhere to launch them. For winter access, we strongly recommend Guests use AWD/ 4x4 vehicles only and park on top of the hill in our road-side parking pad. DO NOT attempt to drive down the hill unless the driveway is plowed. The road is cleared but it can be unpredictable, depending on the weather. We cannot guarantee snow plowing after every snow fall.
