Besides the lovely 4 bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths, the remainder of the home includes a huge great room with high vaulted ceilings, custom kitchen, attractive dining room, full laundry room, and two big front and rear patios. A great place to relax; attend a movie at the nearby Westgate Center, walk to the nearby Wildlife World Zoo, drive to Nascar, or go to the new Glendale Gambling Casino which is located within a 20 minute driving distance from the house. Eat at fabulous BJ's Restaurant, surprisingly the best food in Phoenix!! With the new 303 Highway, the drive to Sedona is only about 1 1/2 hours!! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house including the laundry room, the exteriors including big front and back yard porches, the pool area and pool, huge backyard and access to 2 garage spaces during their stay. There is a large, deep unheated pool in the back yard. The pool water is typically warm in the Spring and Summer and cool or cooler in other times of the year. *This home will be unsafe for babies and small children due to the large, deep pool--See also House Rules!* Please note that there is recreational vehicle access to the big yard so you can park your big vehicle in the back yard and off the street! Also, the size of the yard allows your dog some room to run! Since this is a dog friendly house don't come if you're allergic to pets! Remember, this is a single story ranch type house near a rodeo in the middle of the desert so the dust does blow in with the desert winds. If you like the country, you'll like this house!
