Rental Registration: ESFCTU0000180170007286110000000000000000VFT/GR/011283 The space This is a delightful town house in a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the Alhambra and very close to Granada centre. We are in the safe and tranquil barrio of El Realejo. We are very close to the vibrant areas of Plaza Nueva and Plaza Campo de Principe. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Alhambra Palace or stroll in the Alhambra woods. Access is quite steep - so not suitable for those with restricted mobility or very young children. The house has a traditional build and is fully modernised. It has recently been updated with a new roof, retiled terrace and decorated throughout. There are two double bedrooms both with double beds (one queen sized), one is also en-suite and there is a main house bathroom. The house has a lovely lounge with great views and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen - including basic provisions such as herbs, spices and oils. There is a mid-sized terrace with fabulous views of the city, vega de Granada and mountains beyond. In addition to the 2 bedrooms there is also a double sofa-bed in the living room, however, we advertise the space as being for 4. All towels and linen are supplied. Granada is an amazing place to base yourself - you can get to the coast near Motril in 45 minutes and the Sierra Nevada - including the ski station, yes skiing! within the hour also. The house has guidebooks and maps to help you plan your trips. It is equipped with most things you need for a trip to the beach - parasols, coolbox etc. We look forward to welcoming you. Other things to note You can drive to the house but this is quite tricky PLEASE KINDLY NOTE - there are two streets with the same address in different parts of town. If you are driving DO NOT RELY ON GPS ..... ask us for further details of your options, we can send you precise instructions of how to get here, advise on parking etc (see also 'getting around' below). GUEST INFO: It is now a requirement of the Spanish authorities that we maintain a register of guest information. This means that when you arrive we will ask you for passport or identity card info. Apologies for any inconvenience but this is now the law in Spain.
