METRO station PARQUE REAL (1 minute) Free Outdoor CAR PARKING, in front of the building. CENTER of Porto: 10 min by car/20 min by metro(blue line, direct). City PARK of Porto: 10min walk. SEA/beach: 15min walk. Airport 10 min by car. Enjoy nature with all the accessibility to where you want. Come and hike, jog or relax, in the restful City Park or by the sea (surf/swim). Everything you need is close: cafes, restaurants, supermarket. Check in can be anticipated, depending on the days. The space Apartment fully equipped and furnished with two rooms to rent for two people each (to each room corresponds the price advertised per night), one bathroom serves both. Towels, sheets and linen you will need will be provided. The kitchen (fully equipped,to prepare simple meals) is at your disposal. To park your car, there is a location right next to the building. The metro station (Parque Real) is also nearby. Guest access The bathroom and kitchen are shared. These spaces are cleaned frequently and guests undertake to leave the shared spaces in the clean and tidy state in which they found them, for the well-being of everyone.
