Other things to note Please send us your passport or any government ID as building requirements. Our personal concierge is available from 11am to 7pm only. Kindly let us know your arrival time so we can arrange meet up and hand over the keys to the unit. Parking is available with a minimal charge of 490/day. We provide twice a week housekeeping. Additional cleaning fee if Php 800. Security Deposit of Php 3000 is required. Please note that the swimming pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.
