The large living room is extended by a terrace in front of the sea on which you will love to grill (barbecue) and have your meals. The 2 bedrooms are very comfortable and overlook the street behind. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped Carnon is a tranquil seaside resort. The apartment is close to shops and activities. A market 3 times a week on the harbor. The space The apartment includes: - A large living room with TV, Wi-Fi, large sofa, 2 storage units, a large table and 4 chairs. A work area with a table or place to put your computer and an office chair. - 2 bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with 2 twin beds side by side. A wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with lamps equip the 2 bedrooms. - The refurbished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic gas stove, hood, microwave, 2 coffee makers and all kitchen utensils... - an entrance / hallway with beach toy chest and parasols... A parking space in the garage under the residence is reserved for the apartment. The space is narrow, be careful to park against the wall. A first aid station is located on the beach 2 steps from the apartment. Beach umbrellas and children's beach games are available. The apartment has been refurbished and has been classified 3 stars in the category of furnished tourist accommodation since November 29, 2024. This apartment is a family apartment and not intended primarily for Airbnb rental. We go there regularly and therefore I only rent it 2/3 months in the year at preferential rates. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note This is a small building, built in the 75s. It includes 9 apartments, 3 crossing, 3 overlooking the street and 3 overlooking only the beach.
