Close to its chapel, we invite you to discover this centuries-old presbytery with a simple and warm interior. Although it lost its thatched roof a long time ago, we wanted to preserve its rustic character while incorporating modern comforts. The space Nadine and Erwan will be happy to share with you this old building that they wanted to be spacious for two people or a small family. In practice, you will have 2 private bedrooms with desk, a large living room with kitchen and an adjoining decomposed bathroom area. We can set up a crib in the first bedroom. Towels and sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. You have private parking and a garden. The gîte, with an area of 80 m2, consists of: - on the ground floor: • a 40 m² main room comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with TV. • a contiguous lower side of 15 m2 including shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. - Upstairs: •a 15m2 bedroom in which there is a 140*190 bed as well as desk, closet, wardrobe ... and, with a door with a barrel lock. • a 12 m² bedroom with a 120 x 190 cm bed and ... same. The parking lot easily accommodates 2 vehicles and the 80 m2 garden with its shed has garden furniture with umbrella and barbecue. On request we can offer you some accessories for little ones: stair gates, baby bath, high chair, folding bed and... the little potty. Guest access All areas are accessible, including the garden shed. Exception made for a small attic located above the bathrooms, which serves as an equipment room. Other things to note The rooms are equipped with a real workspace with direct internet access allowing the sharing of larger files than with a simple Wi-Fi connection. Registration Details 14004
