Close to its chapel, we invite you to discover this centuries-old presbytery with a simple and warm interior. Although it has long since lost its thatched roof, we wanted to keep its rusticity while integrating today's comforts. As an extension to the garden of the house, the nearby field is organically cultivated by us. The space Nadine and Erwan will be happy to share with you this old building that they wanted to be spacious for two people or a small family. In practice, you will have 2 private bedrooms with desk, a large living room with kitchen and an adjoining separate bathroom area. We can set up a crib in the first bedroom. Towels and bed sheets are provided and the beds are made on arrival. You have private parking and a garden. The gite, with an area of 80 m2, consists of: - on the ground floor: • a 40 m2 main room comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room with TV. • a 15 m2 adjoining side room including shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. - Upstairs: • a 15 m2 bedroom in which there is a 140*190 bed as well as a desk, closet, wardrobe... and, equipped with a door with a cylinder lock. • a 12 m2 bedroom with a 120*190 bed and... same. The parking lot easily accommodates 2 vehicles and the 80 m2 garden with its shed has garden furniture with parasol and barbecue. On request we can offer you some accessories for your little one: stair gates, baby bath, high chair, folding bed and... the little potty. Guest access All parts are accessible, including the garden shed that we have yet to renovate. Restriction made, for short stays, to a small attic located above the bathrooms and serving as a technical room. Other things to note The rooms are equipped with a real workspace with direct internet access allowing the sharing of larger files than with a simple Wi-Fi connection. Registration Details 14004
