We rent this lovely apartment with a pool & just 500m to the beach. The space Welcome 🤗 This modern apartment has been fully renovated with great attention to comfort and detail. It features a fully equipped kitchen, double-glazed windows, and aluminum box frames with thermal insulation. Located on the second floor, the apartment has 40 square meters and is ideal for 2 guests. Facilities of the building: • Free access to a large outdoor swimming pool • A minimarket for daily essentials • A popular restaurant in the building called Urban Grill Nearby, you’ll also find local restaurants like O Viriato, a shopping center called Continente and a McDonald’s just 1.2 km away. The location is perfect because the apartment is located in a calm area near to a lot of beaches: • Praia do Amado & Praia dos Três Castelos – 500 m • Praia dos Careanos – 850 m • Praia do Vau – 1.3 km • Praia da Rocha (main beach) – 1.3 km We provide: • Fresh bed linens • 1 bath towel + 1 face towel per guest • Hairdryer • Heater • Large fan + small fan We also provide for the beach: • 1 beach towel per guest • 1 sun hat • Beach rackets • Reusable ice pack In the kitchen you will find everything needed to prepare basic meals. We have free wi-fi and there are two TVs,one in the room and another one in the living room with more than 100 channels (not smart tv) Free street parking is available in front of the house or nearby. ⚠️ Please note: -> Swimming Pool Info: Open from April 20th to October 15th, 2025 Opening hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM -> Check-in time is after 6:00 PM, you can arrive anytime after that. Earlier check in is always subject to availability -> We do not clean the apartment during the stay -> The water heater has a capacity of 50l. -> Is not possible leave luggage before check in. -> Is not possible use the pool before check in. -> We are not responsible for any Wi-Fi, water, or electricity outages caused by utility providers We want to provide a great stay to our guests helping them enjoy as much as possible.
