The Housekeeper will welcome you worst case scenario there is a key box so it is possible to self checkin! The house is secluded in the countryside, surrounded by beautiful landscape of rice fields and mountains. Lots of outdoor activities are available at a short distance. Since you’re surrounded by nature, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, please, respect the peace of your neighbors. Kep is known for its natural wonders, between mountains and sea, with lots of outdoor activities. The natural park is right behind the Villa Arjuna and is accessible through trekking, cycling or running. You can rent bikes easily from Kep village, or the sailing club. Below are main site seeing in Kep and nearby: - Kep beach and the re-known Sailing Club are 10 min/6.5km drive from the villa. They offer catamaran, paddle, canoe, MTB and motor bike renting - Rabbit Island jetty is located just 8km away - Kampong Chhnork cave and pagoda are 30minutes away. Very fun to visit with a local guide - Kampong Track caves are located 20km away (25 min drive) - “La Plantation” one of the biggest and nicest pepper farms to visit and the secret lake are located 10km away - Kampot (20 min drive) offer via ferret climbing, rock climbing and kite surfing activity. - Top of Bokor mountain (1000m over sea level) is 1h away - The house is partially solar powered, so there is no Air Conditioning: natural ventilation, fans and bio-climatic architecture (high ceilings, double layer walls...) make it cool enough. For this same reason, there is no high consumption home appliances. - Kep is a remote area of Cambodia, we can not guarantee the Wi-Fi will be super fast. Moreover you can use your own 3G or 4G from your phone if necessary (Cellcard is the fastest at the villa).
