- 3 bedrooms (the mezzanine one available for groups over 5-6 persons); each with 1 double bed & 1 single bed. - 2 main bathrooms & 1 small for the upstairs room - A kitchen with fridge, microwave, rice cooker, blender, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette cheese melting machine… - All bedding & towels are provided - Plenty of fans - Wi-Fi It is also equipped with: - A Swimming pool - A 9 feet pool table - A table tennis table - An excellent sound system - Swings for the kids The space You'll have access to the entire house (350 sqm of living), its pool, and its 1 hectare garden. Your kids may also enjoy the neighboring playground of "Kep garden" NGO outside of school opening hours. Go out to ask politely and they'll let you in. Guest access After booking and confirmation, you'll be provided with the house guides so that you can best enjoy your trip. Other things to note - The house is partially solar powered, so there is no Air Conditioning: natural ventilation, fans and bio-climatic architecture (high ceilings, double layer walls...) make it cool enough. For this same reason, there is no high consumption home appliances. - Kep is a remote area of Cambodia, we can not guarantee the Wi-Fi will be super fast. Moreover you can use your own 3G or 4G from your phone if necessary (Cellcard is the fastest at the villa).
