The space We are an independent bungalow who let privately. This well equipped, detached bungalow is one of 12 and occupies an enviable position enjoying superb views. It is a non smoking property and usually a Friday-Friday changeover property - but other days are possible. The bungalow is well catered for individuals, couples or families, including a high chair and bed guard. There is a comfortable double bedroom and two single beds, bathroom with shower over bath. The lounge area has a wall mounted TV, electric fire, and electric heaters. The fully fitted kitchen includes, fridge with freezer box, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the airing cupboard. There is a dining table and chairs in the lounge/kitchen area, but also a good size porch that doubles as either a dining area or office, which can be a great space if you are having to work from home whilst on holiday! The double bedroom has a double bed, with wardrobes, and wall mounted television. The twin bedroom has two single beds, with wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a wall mounted television. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Double glazed, and heated, the bungalow is suitable for year round holidays. Guest access Guest have access to the whole bungalow, with access via a keysafe. Other things to note Electricity is via a £1 coin meter - and very usually costs very little.
