Rental unit in Stanići

Our house, with a private court and parking, is situated literally 5m from the sea and has a wonderful view towards the island of Brač. Stanići is a weekend resort 30km from the city of Split and is located on the area of croatian coast with best beaches. *max 2 adults allowed Please send a message before making a reservation! The space The house contains of 6 separate apartments. The top 4 are for guests and the other two are also available for enquiries but commonly use for spending our free days and welcoming our family and friends. Guest access The guests have at their disposal an outdoor shower, a grill and a garden table just above the beach. Other things to note Unfortunately, the internet signal is quite low, especially in top tourist season (July and August). We have tried multiple operators, but none of them can provide us with a better option as Stanici don't have adequate telecommunication infrastructure. Bring sunscreen as you will spend most of your day on the terrace on the beach in front of the house.
