Convenient, Quiet, Comfortable

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We live in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. We are about 15 minutes from the National Golf Course, 20 minutes from Fort Gordon, and five minutes from I-20. Augusta has much in the way of entertainment - golf, history, museums, and nature - to enjoy during your stay. The space You will have a private bedroom with a queen size bed, rocking chair, TV and DVD player. The bathroom is in the hall but is private. You may use space in the refrigerator to store your food. A coffee maker and electric tea kettle is provided. There is also an iron and ironing board available for your use. We do not allow smokers or vapers. We ask that our guests do not consume alcoholic beverages on the property. If you are drunk, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. Guest access In addition to the room, which has a lock on it, you will have a key to the house. You may enjoy the backyard from the comfort of the sunroom, sit outside by the pool or swim in the pool, weather permitting. With notice, you may use the washer and dryer. We ask that you give us an arrival time so we can make arrangements to let you in. During your stay We are onsite and available to help you at any point in your stay. Other things to note We do not allow smokers. One of us has an allergy. Even if the smoking is done outside, it clings to clothes.
