Luxury Country Apartment with Beach Access.

Stay with us and hear the ocean sounds from your rooms. Our 5 Star apartment is a spacious, totally self contained private area with it's own side entrance attached to the main house. It is over 610 square feet with 4 separate rooms and French doors leading to our back garden with areas to relax. We are a short walk to the beach along Monterey Bay. By car you will be half way between Santa Cruz and Carmel by the Sea for shopping, dining or entertainment with many beaches to visit in between. The space Our house is a Mission style home with a separate apartment for guests with their own entrance. The bedroom opens into a patio/garden. The living room has TV and a single bed, a table for snacking, or working and a slight view of the ocean. The marble tile bathroom has a tub shower, linens, beach towels, hair dryer, double sinks. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, toaster/ air fryer oven, induction hot plates, large microwave with fan to be turned on while doing any cooking and coffee pot with coffee and tea bags/ water heater available. We require all our guests to refrain from any smoking in the apartment or on the property. We do not accept animals due to allergies of family members except following Airbnb's ESA policy. We expect our guests to keep noise to a minimum as we have neighbors on either side of our home. Guest access The one parking space is along Lindero Drive opposite the driveway to the main house. There is a path branching from the main path to the house, leading to the private entrance to the apartment on the left side of the house.. A special personalized access code will open the door. The apartment is self contained with a closet in the entryway, a full bathroom to the left and a living room area to the right. There is one garden bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom/ sitting TV room with an American Leather love seat/fold out single bed. Bed sheets and blankets are in the console under the TV. Guest have access to the apartment and the court yard and private garden. There is an outside shower as well that an be used in the back of the garage for rinsing off sand after a beach walk. Other things to note For local suggestions, please look at our guest binder in the apartment we have prepared for your stay as it has all the things we thought of that you will need to know. It includes places to visit as well as places to eat. The house rules are included and it has a one sheet description of how to get to the beach you can take with you. To get in touch with us during your stay you can call us on the phone, ring the front door bell or catch us outside as we usually are around.
