Bright and spacious double room in a friendly clean shared house close to Eltham high street The space You will have plenty of space to do your own thing but I will be around to offer help if needed. If not, I'm only one call or text away. Who else is in the house? Me and my husband. However, there are 2 a spare rooms so you can expect to stay with another airbnb guest/ lodger.. Rest assured even at full capacity the house is relatively quiet and a professional cleaner attends monthly. Guest access The communal areas that you have access to include: bathroom, toilet, kitchen (with dining area) and garden. There is only 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom which is shared. During your stay We’re delighted to have you here and are always happy to have a chat when we bump into each other in the communal areas. If you prefer just a quick hello and goodbye, that’s perfectly fine too. We’ll follow your lead and respect your space. If you need anything and don’t see us around, feel free to send a message via the app. Either myself or Hope, your co-host, will get back to you as soon as possible. Other things to note LOCAL AREA & TRANSPORT ****************************** - Buses: on street – no. 122 and 621 - Nearest train stations: Eltham and Kidbrooke - Shops: McDonalds, Co-op and Tesco Express are a 4-minute walk away - Eltham high street and supermarkets are less than 10 mins drive away – Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s Parking ************************** The house is situated on the main road dual carriageway (A205). There is free parking on the road pavement. However, please avoid parking directly in front of the house - you can park a few houses away. Guests & Post ******************* You are welcome to have guests and receive post etc but out of courtesy please send a message to let us know beforehand.
