Luxurious, with spectacular 180 degree views across the bay, great indoor & outdoor living areas, a spa pool, access to the coast & beaches - there is plenty of reason to never venture far from the property! But within a few minutes drive are amazing beaches, wineries & restaurants - what more do you want? The Villa at Belle Cove is the luxurious main house, it has a lovely two generous ensuite bedrooms, and great indoor & outdoor dining options, as well as 2 separate living areas. The open plan living area includes a large living room, a dining area and a well equipped chefs kitchen. This opens onto a covered outdoor dining area, and multi level decks overlooking the gulf. On the lower deck is the spa pool. To the other side of the living area is a covered outdoor courtyard perfect for a cosy winter evening or a relaxing summer snooze! Upstairs is the master bedroom, with a gorgeous big bath overlooking the bay, and an ensuite shower room. Downstairs, beside the outdoor courtyard, is the annex bedroom with ensuite. Both bedrooms have TV's. The master bedroom has a heat pump/air con, and there is ducted heating/air con on the ground floor of the house, as well as a gas fire in the living area, and a wood fire in the covered courtyard. Across a courtyard from the Villa, is the Cabana - note that there may be guests in this. There is also a separate laundry pod, with an outdoor enclosed shower. Built on a sloping site, you can wander down through the garden to a cliff top entertainment deck overlooking the bay - perfect for doing yoga, or a drink as you watch the sun go down! From here a path takes you down to the coastline, where you can go swimming, fish off the rocks..or explore the coast! Located just a minutes drive (or a 20 minute walk) from the gorgeous Onetangi beach, with 2km of golden sand as well as a couple of great cafes & restaurants! Within a few minutes drive are multiple world class vineyards & restaurants, a golf course, Eco Zip and horseriding. This is the perfect spot for a break - talk to us now! Each stay incurs a $200 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Notes: The property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. Max 4 daytime guests may visit at any one time. Sleeps 4 pax total (including infants) Guest access The guests will have full use of The Villa. There is a separate unit (The Cabana) alongside this, if there are guests there we ask you to respect their privacy & be considerate. Other things to note Strictly no parties or gatherings.
