In the old stables of the estate, more than two hundred years old, we have restored this flat of 104 m2, with private swimming pool, where you can enjoy an exclusive and private stay in an organic almond and carob production estate, among horses and sheep, 4 km. from the nearest village, in a really peaceful environment. The swimming pool is for the private use of the only guests of this rural house. We live above the house for whatever you may need, but with complete independence. We do not have access to the swimming pool or the guests' garden. You can stroll through the 100 hectares of land among almond, carob, olive and pine trees, and in the fig season (August and September) you can enjoy picking and tasting the delicious figs of Mallorca. The village is a simple inland village, where you can taste typical Mallorcan gastronomy, visit wine cellars, weaving mills from the last century and beautiful pottery and clay factories. There are golf courses 15 m. away and beaches 20 minutes away. The airport is 25 minutes away by car.
