Nestled back in a wooded area & centrally located along the beautiful Central Oregon Coast, this home offers it's guests numerous adventure & peaceful opportunities! Minutes walk to miles of sandy beaches, breathtaking Pacific Ocean sunsets & fine dining. A short 30 minute drive in either direction along scenic HWY 101 guests will find something for everyone! Deep sea, river & lake fishing, kayaking, hiking, glass blowing, outlet shopping, casino & nightlife, the Central Oregon Coast has it all! The space Sleep 4 adults (2 couples) comfortably, bunk-beds for child use only. Weight restriction for top bunk 50 lbs.! Pets are welcome (up to 2, additional fee after 2) however, there is a non-refundable pet fee. Please review all requirements prior to booking along with our cancellation policy and acknowledge to host or co-host when confirming booking that you have read and understand all policies. Home is 2 bedroom, 2 full bath with plenty of space for everyone. Master Bedroom has private full bath, comfy queen bed & a 32" internet TV. Second bedroom has 1 double bed and twin bunk-beds. There are 2 toddler fold out beds and a pack and play for the little ones. You will also find a safety rail in the second bedroom's closet for added safety. Home features a fully set up kitchen with a beautiful large freestanding butcher block island that the cooks or bartenders in the crowd will enjoy. The bar-stools give guests extra seating while making this island a sure to be gathering places in the home! Whether used for a sit-down family style meal, buffet style or used as a game table, the large dining table is a huge plus! Living room features (2) couches, one of which is a queen-size sleeper for those extra guests that may pop on over while you visit. Outside features (2) decks and plenty of back and side yard area to play, for both young and young at heart! Large gas grill located on the north deck adds to the already large kitchen to cover all your cooking needs! Thank you for taking a look and hopefully booking your stay with us! Guest access You have full use of the house, decks and yard. Storage shed is for owner use only. Property line is at trees and shrubs, please be mindful of other owner's property boundaries and privacy. Parking is only allowed in the driveway and limited to 3 vehicles. Other things to note Dogs are welcome however, we do not allow them on beds nor furniture. There is a large bag in the laundry room that contains extra comfy's for your fur babies to lay on. We ask that you do not leave them tied up outside while you are away and that you clean up after them each and every time they potty. There are cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink just in case an oops happens! If you forget your's at home, poop bags are also provided, these are located in the laundry room hooked onto the big bag of fur baby comfy's ;-) Some sand toys for the two legged kiddos are provided, these are located inside the laundry/entryway in a blue tub. We ask that these be returned to the tub free of sand and dirt for the next kiddos to use. We also ask that you hang any sandy, wet or soiled clothing or towels outside to dry on the covered deck. Please shaken out prior to bringing items in to be washed to avoid excess sand that could potentially clog drain pipes and cause damage to washer and dryer. There are extra towels in the laundry room above the dryer, that we ask you to use for outdoor activities instead of the towels located in the bathrooms. Please wash these separately away from any other linen or other household towels.
