Cozy southern idyll in Kolbjørnsvik

Charming, older Sørland house in perhaps Arendal's most beautiful neighborhood; Kolbjørnsvik on Hisøya. Perfect holiday home for a taste of Sørlandet. Just minutes from the city center with the ferry that takes you across the city fjord. Beautiful swimming areas, beach and hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. The house is from 1885, has a private garden and a large, sunny terrace. Perfect for sun and barbecue. There is one spacious bedroom with a double bed and space for a cot. Perfect for a couple or a small family with small children. The space The house is older but nicely maintained. There is a possibility to set up an extra bed in the living room. The kitchen has a coffee machine and the necessary equipment for cooking and a dishwasher. There is good internet via fiber and in the living room there is TV with Apple TV (not cable). There is no washing machine. The bedroom has a tower fan for warm summer nights. Guest access There is a large private courtyard with parking for 3 cars. Recommends bringing a bike as there are many nice trips in the area. Otherwise good accessibility with the ferry that goes to the city about 3x per hour.
