The beach is accessible via stairs. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms have double beds measuring 180cm x 200cm. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower, as well as a cosy living-dining room with German satellite TV . Both bathrooms were freshly renovated in January 2025!!! Air conditioning in every room ensures pleasant temperatures in summer and warms the rooms in winter. The kitchen is brand new and rounds off the comfort. The house is very clean and comfortably furnished. The terrace, which runs once around the house, offers plenty of sun and shade and is equipped with comfortable seating and lounging options. The 40m2 roof terrace with cosy sofa seating area and additional sun loungers also offers fantastic views of the sea. A parking space is at the disposal of the holiday home.
