We invite you to our cozy atmospheric apartment, which is located in a picturesque area of St. Petersburg – on Malaya Okhta. It was on Malaya Okhta, “through a thousand arches”, that young Joseph Brodsky fled to meet his sweetheart, who lived and studied here. It's no coincidence that the poet called the area of love. In our apartment we tried to preserve the spirit of Leningrad in the 50s and 60s. During this time there was the main development of Malaya Okhta, and fortunately in our area everyone can see the flavor of this era. In our apartment, we restored original windows, ceilings, mezzanines and doors, left ancient spinachts and crown moldings and preserved the original layout, but at the same time made a modern designer renovation. We hope you can relax comfortably and feel the charm of Malaya Okhta, the area of love. For your convenience, we have located for 50 m2: - spacious bedroom-living room with a large folding corner sofa, which can accommodate two adults with a child up to 5 years old; - small bedroom with fold-out single sofa - Coffee corner; - separate toilet; - bathroom with bathtub and sink - Full equipped kitchen.
