This accommodation is not authorized for groups of young people. An animal is allowed. The house is in the center of the town of Almunecar which is 70 km from the airports of Malaga and Granada. It is 3 minutes walk from the beach and all shops, restaurants and beach bars. Almunecar is located on the Costa Tropical which means that you will find crops of tropical fruits such as bananas, papayas, mangoes, avocados and the famous "CHIRIMOYA". The space This accommodation is not authorized for groups of young people. The house is very comfortable for a family of up to 8 people. On the ground floor you have an entrance, a WC, a first bedroom with two single beds, cupboard, chest of drawers and a private bathroom. A second arch with two bunk beds, storage cupboard and a desk. A third bedroom with a double bed, storage cupboard and a private bathroom. On the first floor, you arrive on a living room-kitchen with all the comforts. In this living room a sofa bed makes it possible to sleep two people. Leaving through a 5 M wide French window, you will have at your disposal a 16 M² terrace in which you will have a table and chairs as well as a barbecue-plancha. From this terrace, you go up to the 25M² solarium where you will have deckchairs, coffee table and above all exceptional views over the old village, the mountains of the "Sierra Nevada" and the sea (partial).
