They interact great with people NOT other animals and they will not be confined indoors Restored old Farmhouse DUPLEX that is OWNER OCCUPIED on one side. We are 20 minutes from Lake George and Saratoga You WILL be asked a series of questions prior to accepting request to stay. The space There is a huge back yard. If your an early riser you can enjoy your coffee and watch the sun rise on the back covered porch. Our house has been completely restored and updated. There are many new house built all around us on properties that were once owned by this retired dairy farm, The Chestnut Ridge Dairy. Back in the day, The Chestnut Ridge Dairy was considered one of New York's larges dairy farm. The original Stone Creamery still stands just down the road. The main barn barn was converted into a house. Our house was the Tenant house. The bedrooms each have their own theme. Bedroom 1, Land : decorated with pictures of wild animals. Bedroom 2, Air, decorated with birds and foul as they take flight. Bedroom 3, Water, decorate with fish and fishing items. The living room has to do with Barns and Meadows and the dining room with flowers. Country charm in every room. Guest access Guest have full access to one entire side of duplex. You DON'T share it with any other guest, only the guest that come with you! 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and Dining room. There is a Washer & Dryer in the basement. The basement is also used for our storage. There is a propane grill for your use also. Don't be afraid to message us if there's anything else that you may need that you don't want to bring with you. We probably have it. Plenty of off road parking. The town has a rule of 1 car per bedroom. I will message you with check in instructions (lockbox access and parking) the evening before your arrival. Other things to note Please read ALL rules and requirements before requesting to rent. You are accepting these rules if requesting to stay We have 3 dogs, they are NOT leashed. If you or anyone in your group are afraid of dogs, this place is not suitable for you!! NO pets or animals of any sort are allowed !! As previously stated, we have 3 dogs of our own and this is their home turf. Communication is a must ! The age requirement is 25 years old if not coming as a family. If coming as a family, children must be 12 years old and older. NO parties or gatherings of any kind will be hosted at this location by guest, unless PRE-APPROVED by the HOST You must have a 5 star rating with the minimum of 3 required The rental is not suitable for guest with mobility needs. 1 car per bedroom is permitted. That is the town rule. NO smoking !
