Your dream vacation! The space The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. Welcome to our house by the sea. Downstairs is the living room and new kitchen (electric stove and oven) + wc. A small tiled garden with green hedge around it facing the ocean, outdoor seating and bbq area. On the other side of the house there is a north faced gated and shaded outdoor area for the hot days. Upstairs two bedrooms (one sleep 2 and the other four (queen + bed sofa). Both bedrooms have on suite bathroom with wc and shower. The Washing machine is inclosed on the roof terasse. The house is renovated and newly furnished with light and cheerful colors and unique pieces. I hope you will feel right at home. The kitchen is completely new and features all the necessities you could wish for: dish washer, toaster, micro, electric stove and oven, juicer, water boiler, mixer etc. Three outdoor seating areas (two with sea view) + the big balcony in the master suit, also with spectacular sea view, makes for a completely relaxing vacation.. The condominium has a huge swimming pool for adults and also a pool for children.. Guest access The house, with with amazing sea views, is entirely to our guests disposal! Other things to note Just a short walk from the house is the town of Armação de Pêra. Situated in a wide bay, its beaches extend over a vast 3 km long sandy beach. Lots of fun for kids and teens in this area with water parks, zoo marine, boat trips to coves, diving, dolphin watching etc. Armação de Pêra, being one of the largest sandy beaches in the Algarve, is the place of choice for many families. The beach stretches along the coast, where there are many cafes, shops, restaurants and a wide pedestrian promenade. East of the beach and reminiscent of the fishing tradition of Armação de Pêra, the beach is occupied by colorful fishing boats. It is also considered one of the best diving sites in Europe, housing a wide variety of marine species. The beaches of Armação de Pera and Pera are recognized by the European “Blue Flag” seal. The iconic Blue Flag is one of the world’s most recognised voluntary eco-labels awarded to beaches! The big mall, Algarve Shopping, is about 10 min drive from the house.
