Our home offers a very relaxed floor plan and large outdoor living area where you can enjoy lovely Peregian Sunsets. The Peregian Beach Getaway has 3 bedrooms, 2/Queen sized beds, 1/ double bed with 1.5 bathroom equipped with all the kitchen necessities and appliances. The outdoor undercover deck is a lovely space to sit and relax. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Perfect location, only a 300m walk to beautiful Peregian Beach and Peregian’s main shopping square, restaurants, IGA and chemist. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets (extra toilet room). The home has air conditioning in main living area and fans in all bedrooms. The home has a relaxed environment and spacious outlay with open dining, kitchen and living area, an undercover deck area, making you feel right at home. Our home is a convenient short walk to the Peregian village area with an IGA, chemist and bakery for convenience along with lovely shops and restaurants and beautiful Peregian patrolled beach. To access this house guests will need to climb stairs at the front of the house up the the outside deck area and front door There is public transport bus stop close to our home which makes any location along the coastl easy to visit. To access the house guests will need to climb stairs at the front of the property Other things to note During your stay we ask you please be mindful of our residential neighbourhood and strictly no loud noise after 9pm. Noosa Council has strict noise control conditions on Airbnb homes in the area. Pets are welcome but preferred outside and strictly not in bedrooms and on beds/couches.
