Cabin on the West Canada Creek in the town of Newport NY. Totally private without neighbors. The bathroom is located in a separate cabin. There is no shower. Smoking outside only. This is camping with luxury, but it is still just a cabin on the river 3/8 mile off road. There are beds but due to Covid bedding is not provided potable water will be provided. Two burner gas cook top inside cabin for making coffee it is ok for warming but not really set up for cooking. No pots or pans. Great weekend getaway. Weekly rentals are available. There are no neighbors, 1400 ft of frontage along the West Canada Creek. You can drive to the cabin. I am available by cell phone and live on the property. Herkimer Diamond Mines just down the road. There is a great golf course less than 2 miles away and 2 convenient stores in the area. You can drive to and park right at the cabin. Driving around town is a snap and you will most likely see a horse and buggy on the road.
