The house is located on our property in L'Ile Bouchard, halfway between Azay-le-Rideau and Chinon (Centre-Val-de-Loire), at an approximate distance of 15 km ( Indre-et-Loire), and about 15 km from the A10 highway. Spacious single storey apartment (approx. 78 m²), designed to accommodate a couple with children. Calm and rest assured. Shops nearby (about 500 m). The space Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday). July/August rental: €630 (pool included) Out-of-season rental: €480 2 bedrooms with double beds + 1 clic-clac in the common room, 1 bathroom and separate toilet, equipped kitchen. Facilities: iron, heating, television, air conditioning, dishes, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, hangers. No pets. Non-smoker. No party or party. Outside: table and chairs, umbrella, plancha, barbecue. Private parking in closed courtyard, to be shared with the owner. Green up plug for electric vehicle possible. Check-in time between 15:00 and 19:00 and check-out before 10:00. Deposit on arrival in the amount of 350€ (in case of property damage in the accommodation). Provide a certificate of comprehensive insurance. Safe, heated above ground swimming pool (8m x 4m): only in July/August. The children are the responsibility of the parents. To be shared with the owner sometimes outside of your use. Other things to note Private parking in the gated courtyard of the owner. Bed linen and bathroom linen option €48. Cleaning fee €42 possible.
