Includes full bathroom with shower and linens. The apartment is in an excellent Wrigleyville/Boystown/Lakeview location with a multitude of restaurants and nightlife nearby! The apartment is a fully self-contained garden apartment with a private entrance with electronic keypad lock, so you can come and go as you please without disturbing the building residents. Host lives in the building, so I'll be happy to give you suggestions for the area. In addition, I'll always be available by phone or text for whatever you need during your stay! The apartment is right on the border of Wrigleyville and Boystown, so each provides its own unique nightlife. Apartment is also a mere 10 minute walk from Wrigley Stadium, so a great location for an evening game! The apartment is a short walk from Belmont Harbor and the lake, a short bus ride from Lincoln Park Zoo, and about 20 minute train ride from the Loop! The options while staying are endless! Apartment is very near a number of CTA bus stops and just under 0.5 miles from the Addison Red/Purple Line station and just over 0.5 miles from the Belmont Red/Brown/Purple station. Street parking is readily available in the area, and a visitor parking pass will be provided on request, although driving in Chicago is not suggested. The apartment does not have AC, but the location keeps the apartment plenty cool, even in summer. The apartment does have baseboard heating for the other 11.5 months of the year!
