Welcome to our Seaside Cracka! Our beachy Shack is light and airy whilst also being private and quiet. We are only a 100m walk to the gorgeous beach, where you can relax and unwind.The sleep you'll get here will be second to none! The front and back deck are beautiful spots to have a morning cuppa whilst listening to the birds sing! Grab a book and chill in our hammock. The property has plenty of space for off street parking and is fully fenced, giving peace of mind. The space We believe that having time away is for relaxing with your partner, family & friends, reading books, chilling out, playing board games whilst sipping on your favourite drink. Our little Seaside Cracka is set up for you to do this, so when you leave you feel rejuvenated, relaxed & connected. The wildlife is amazing, the beach is close, hand feeding the dolphins is a must and only a 3 minute drive away, the seafood is fresh and all shops are within walking distance. We started a "Pay it forward" cupboard in the kitchen filled with Tea, coffee, vegemite and whatever other surprises guests want to leave for the next guest. Guest access *Please note if you book for a certain amount of people, please only use beds needed. If extra beds used you will be charged accordingly.* Other things to note Tin Can is well known for its amazing fishing. Located at Norman Point (end of the pennisular) is Barnacles Dolphin feeding centre and the Tin Can Bay Yacht Club. Feeding the dolphins is an amazing experience, which you can top off with a cold drink at the Yacht Club, that has expansive water views. As this is a bay in certain seasons there are midgies so bring your repellant and mosquito coils, just in case. The local RSL has a courtesy bus and really yummy Chinese food. The IGA and all shops are within walking distance. A very well kept park with BBQ'S, seating, gym equipment with ocean views is just across the road from our Cracka! *please note due to the area not all tv channels are available* ***Our Top Tips*** 1. Enjoy a morning Cuppa or an afternoon beer on one of our 2 little decks 2. Drop into the Snack Shack in Tin Can for local trawler fresh seafood, in our opinion the best fish and chips in town. 3. Lee's fisheries is great for deep sea caught and super fresh Oysters, prawns, calamari and daily fish specials 4. Hand feeding the dolphins is a wonderful experience ( be there early, as limited numbers). Recommended to be there at 6:30am 5. A day trip to Rainbow Beach is well worth the drive especially checkout the Carlo Sand blow. Go to Rainbow Beach via Cooloola Cove. 6. Tin Can Bay Country Club has yummy Chinese food plus a FREE courtesy bus. The courtesy bus starts from 5pm depending on the day and will pick you up at the front of our house. Check out there website for times. 7. Tin Can Bay yacht club has the best water views in town for a cold beer or wine. Food is also good, bookings are recommended. 8. There are BBQ's is located in the park across the road from our place, with great water views.
