On the 3rd floor, there is a trendy studio 57m2 in the heart of Rotterdam. The complex is only 3 years old and looks well maintained. All hotspots are within walking distance. Public transportation for tram, bus, water taxi and metro are also within walking distance. In the neighborhood, you will find many restaurants, caterers, an AH, museums. On the 5th floor, you can use the general roof terrace. Enjoy the view in a relaxed way after a day of shopping. The space I've cleared a closet in the hallway where you can put your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven/microwave, grill plate, induction and Dulco Gusto coffee maker). I have an extra folding bed, so a maximum of 3 people can stay in the studio. Guest access If I don't have time to check you in, you can get the key through the bringmebox. I'll give you a code. With 1 key, you can enter the building and the studio. Parking, Under the building there is a parking garage for €10 per half day or €20 for 24 hours. It is also possible to park for free outside from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. at the following streets (zone 120) Parklaan, Koningin Emmaplein, Westzeedijk. 3-7 min walk from the apartment. Other things to note �� General Use The property used solely for recreational, temporary accommodation. Commercial use, including but not limited to professional photo shoots or video recordings, is not permitted without prior written consent. �� Prohibited Activities Strictly prohibited are all illegal activities. This includes the use, production, or sale of illegal drugs, and the offering of paid sexual services (prostitution) or the production of commercial pornography. Any (suspected) irregularities or illegal activities will be reported directly 2 ot he police. �� ID Verification Mandatory at check-in: All guests are required to show a valid identification document (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) upon arrival. Access may be denied without valid ID. �� Guests & Visitors Only guests named on the booking are permitted to stay in the property. It is strictly forbidden to allow third parties (unregistered guests or visitors) to stay in the property during the rental period. Parties and events are forbidden. �� Noise Please keep noise levels reasonable at all times. Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 – 07:00. �� Smoking Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes is only alowd on the balcony qnd not permitted inside the apartment. �� Cleanliness & Damage Please treat the property and its contents with respect.
