Fabulous Beach House with Magnificent Ocean Views

Our wonderful 5 bedroom double-storey home is on an amazing site, with direct access to the beach & tidal pools. The generous living spaces are delightfully furnished and equipped for comfort, rest and leisure and its views will relax and invigorate you. It is ideal for enjoying precious family gatherings and fun holidays to the max. The neighbouring café is a local favourite and the area has many restaurants with the shopping and entertainment hubs of Ballito and Salt Rock a short drive away. The space UPSTAIRS The stylish living and dining areas include a breakfast balcony, all with magnificent views of the beach and the ocean. There is plenty of room for all guests to make themselves comfortable or set up for dining. The large kitchen is well equipped. There are three double bedrooms - one en suite with a luxurious walk-in shower, a single basin and toilet - on the ocean side with great views. (The third double can be changed to a twin room if required.) There are two twin rooms overlooking the mature rear garden. All the bedrooms have large built-in cupboards. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower, a single basin and a separate toilet. There is additional access from this level that leads out to a mature rear garden. DOWNSTAIRS The spacious leisure and living area has a super-comfy TV room, and additional social and reading areas. Relax and enjoy the offerings of DSTV and stay connected with our uncapped WiFi, or set up for eating indoors or outdoors with the additional tables and seating. The third shower room is adjacent to a separate toilet and the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, a separate dryer and an additional fridge freezer. The living spaces flow out onto a veranda and mature garden area. Guests can enjoy the comfy outdoor furniture under our ancient Milkwood tree next to the braai (charcoal/wood), or on the lawn. There is also a firepit within a secluded tree-canopied area. The beach is directly accessed via the private stairs and a security gate from the garden. Guest access Guests have use of the entire property. Access is gained from the main road via a short panhandle, where our Co-host and housekeeper will greet you. Vehicles can be parked in the driveway and the double garage. Other things to note Our housekeeper, Wynette, will provide a light service from Monday to Friday. This is included in your nightly rate. Should you require a weekend service then arrangements can be made with our Co-host for a cash rate which will be payable to the housekeeper. Please see the details in our Hand Guide regarding the use of the facilities in the utility room, our policy on the intervals for changing linen during your stay and other important information. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk and a few cooking essentials will be available for your use on arrival. Please replenish as needed. As well as the abundant and fascinating bird life in the garden, there are visits by itinerant animals - a mongoose family, and monkeys - which should not be fed. The subletting of our home is not permitted.
