This ALDAN, PA 2nd floor apartment requires walking up a flight of steps. Sunny rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Cable in Living room & bedroom has basic TV without cable. Wi-Fi & full kitchen with gas stove and refridgerator. Basic set of dishes, silverware, pots & pans. There is a small coffee pot and lots of tea bags. Wall to wall carpet. The space This is a totally private apartment. Self entry, Apartment is near Providence Road & South Sycamore Avenue in Aldan, PA - not to be confused with Clifton Heights. Room darkening shades, basic dishes/cooking supplies. Guest access The keys are kept in mailbox on side of house using steps leading to the 2nd floor. If you are driving a truck - must park in driveway overnight to avoid $15 ticket by borough. Other things to note Feel free to park in driveway. If you drive a truck, know there is no overnight parking on the street. We'll make room for you to park in the driveway. Smoke free building. Apartment is smoke free (no cigarettes or marijuana). $300 for first offense.
