A quiet room that comfortably accommodates 2 guests with 120sqft space. It has 1 Queen bed, a desk and chair. The room has a private bathroom at the back of the house, equipped with water heater. Please note the bathroom is private, but not attached to the room. You will need to walk pass the kitchen to access to bathroom. The room is air-conditioned and with ceiling fan. No TV. Free wifi is provided. This room is the only room located at Ground Floor in a 3 storey semi-detached house. The space The Baker's House is a 3 storey semi-detached house, located in a gated guarded residential area, about 20 minutes drive to Georgetown. The house has 5 rooms in total and this room is one of it. This room is the only room located ground floor. Following are provided during your stay: -towel -shampoo -body shampoo -toothpaste only, no toothbrush -toilet paper -hairdryer -wire extension -kettle (at kitchen) -drinking water (can refill at kitchen) -iron (shared) -free wifi Guest access You can access to your own room and shared living area & kitchen. Dining area Shared dining area at Ground Floor. You can have your food and drink at the dining area. Please wash your dishes and clean up after use. Kitchen There is a microwave that you can use to heat up your food. Drinking water can be refilled here as well. There is a small fridge shared between guests. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire property. You can smoke outside of the house. Parking Space There are 2 parking spaces available at car porch, first come first serve basis. You can also park along the road side, but not to block neighbour's entrance. During your stay I'm not staying in the house, but i will come to meet you for check in & check out.
